Register your warranty
Your warranty will provide you with peace of mind and ensure that, in the event of a breakdown, we will provide all parts free of charge.
For your warranty to be valid it must be registered with us within 30 days of installation. In addition, you'll need to keep a copy of the Site Acceptance and Commissioning Test (SCAT) checklist.
Remember: To make sure that your warranty is valid, you must
- Register the warranty within 30 days of installation;
- Keep a completed SCAT checklist for the product;
- Make sure that the product is serviced within the first 6 months.
- For extended warranties it must be serviced at least twice a year.
